Classification and Prediction of Fecal Coliform in Stream Waters Using Decision Trees (DTs) for Upper Green River Watershed, Kentucky, USA

چکیده

The classification of stream waters using parameters such as fecal coliforms into the classes body contact and recreation, fishing boating, domestic utilization, danger itself is a significant practical problem water quality prediction worldwide. Various statistical causal approaches are used routinely to solve from modeling perspective. However, transparent process in form Decision Trees shed more light on structure input variables climate land use predicting current paper. Tree algorithms regression tree (CART), iterative dichotomiser (ID3), random forest (RF), ensemble methods bagging boosting applied predict classify unknown behavior variables. variants have also been looked at for effective results. Although Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, Extremely Randomized models found yield consistent results, DTs with Adaptive Boosting Bagging gave best testing accuracies out all attempted Fecal Coliforms Upper Green River watershed, Kentucky, USA. Separately, discussion Support System (DSS) that uses Classifier (DTC) provided.
